Minimum rental is three months.

 For Long Term Rentals - a Eu400 deposit is required  to secure the property.  This is lodged with the Lawyer, along with a signed Tenancy Agreement.  The deposit is refundable at the end of your Tenancy, provided no deduction is necessary to off-set any damages to the property or default in payments.  All rental monies are payable in advance.
